In February this year, the PAGO cold store in Grodzisk Wlkp., successfully passed the IFS recertification audits, thus confirming the compliance of the implemented quality system with the standards IFS Logistics, ver. 2.2, December 2017 and IFS Food, ver. 6.1, November 2017. In terms of IFS Logistics, the PAGO cold store in Grodzisk Wlkp. scored during the audit: 99.82%, and in terms of IFS Food: 99.90%.
The scope of the IFS Logistics certification for the PAGO cold store in Grodzisk Wlkp. includes: freezing of refrigerated food and storage of frozen food.
Within the scope of IFS Food, the following processes were certified: receiving chilled and frozen meat, block forming, blast freezing, knocking out of containers and packing, repacking meat in plastic film.
